Reiger Park residents fear more deadly shootings

Residents of Reiger Park in the Ekurhuleni metro say they are anxious and worried following a deadly shooting that claimed four lives last night (Friday).

Two officers of the police's Anti-gang unit and two civilian women were ambushed when the two officers responded to gunshots.

Last November, six people were shot and killed in a drive-by shooting in the area.

The community has urged law enforcers to do more to curb shooting incidents in the area.
