Day 6 of the Lindsay Clancy murder trial began with an unexpected development: Lindsay Clancy herself addressed the judge and agreed to a formal stipulation that could change the pace of the trial moving forward.
With 18 jurors seated, the central question remains whether Clancy was criminally responsible when she killed her three children -- 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan.
Today jurors heard about the devastating injuries Clancy suffered after going out a second-story window, the prescription medications recovered after the killings and evidence investigators did and did not collect.
Forensic scientists also revealed toxicology findings involving the children and walked jurors through DNA evidence connected to the exercise bands used in the killings.
Then came a detailed bloodstain analysis inside the Clancy home, including evidence found in the master bedroom, near a knife, around the window and on the shingles outside.
