Home Affairs blamed for SA refugee crisis

As South Africans react to Wednesday's Western Cape High Court ruling that declared parts of the Refugees Act unconstitutional, refugees and asylum seekers across the country say the real crisis is already inside Home Affairs. Backlogs, delays, and administrative errors, are rendering their legal status into illegal. Meanwhile, the African Diaspora Forum and Lawyers for Human Rights are calling on the South African government to be honest and take blame for its own failures.
