The attack on two non-local labourers in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district was carried out by terrorists linked to the Pakistan-backed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), top intelligence sources told CNN-News18.

The attack comes just 48 hours after terror-linked channels circulated threat messages and hit lists targeting Kashmiri Pandits, minorities and non-local workers in the Valley, raising fresh concerns over the outfit’s renewed efforts to spread fear and disrupt normalcy in the region.
