Up to 18,000 HDB flats expected at Sunset Way, Gillman Barracks: Analysts

Gillman Barracks off Alexandra Road and parts of Maju Forest in Clementi will be redeveloped. Analysts say the sites could yield up to 18,000 public homes in the coming years.
