LARGEST 8KG KAMPUNG CHICKEN RICE CHALLENGE! | BEST Kampung Chicken in SG by a Young Hawker?!

In this video, I took on an 8KG kampung chicken rice challenge at Nat’s Chicks!

Nat’s Chicks is run by Natalie Lee, who continues her father’s kampung chicken rice recipe while adding her own touch to the café. The café is known for using premium kampung chicken, resulting in meat that’s naturally more flavourful with a firmer bite.

One of the biggest highlights for me was the chilli. Made using the chicken stock, it had a smooth, almost creamy consistency with just the right balance of spice, making it incredibly addictive with both the chicken and rice.

It was also a pleasure meeting Natalie, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the visit.
