United Airlines worker threatens to call ICE on man during argument

A man is speaking out after he recorded the moment a United Airlines customer service employee at San Francisco International Airport said she would call federal immigration officials on his family. Julio Varela said he and his family were trying to resolve an issue on their ticket at an counter when an argument ensued and the employee made the comment. KNTV’s Thom Jensen reports.
