Madlanga Commission | Adv Johnson's application of law questioned

IDAC Head, Advocate Andrea Johnson, who has over 30-years experience as a prosecutor, had her feet held to the fire over her application of the law in IDAC's fraud and corruption case in the appointment of Brigadier Dineo Mokwele at Crime Intelligence.

This as Johnson's initial submission that the test to MP, Fadiel Adams suspicions in the Section 27 referral, was a subjective one, raised concerns at the Madlanga Commission.
