PM addresses high street reforms and early prison releases

Prime Minister Andy Burnham announces plans to reduce early prisoner releases amid the row over the potential release of PC Andrew Harper's killers, saying he is "increasingly confident" more can be done.

He also sets out plans to give local communities greater control over vape shops, betting shops and adult gaming centres as part of efforts to revive struggling high streets.
