Cuba BRACED for US 'intervention' as FURIOUS Trump vows REVENGE for 'hemispheric WAR' on America

Cuba fears US intervention after the US State Department issued a report accusing the regime of a 'hemispheric war' on America, which the Trump administration has vowed it is determined to avenge.

The country is in the midst of a severe economic crisis after a US oil embargo crushed the already moribund economy. Havana has run out of oil and Cubans face nightly blackouts which have given rise to protests across the country.

Spokesman for the Cuban Democratic Directorate Orlando Gutiérrez-Boronat says he trusts Donald Trump to 'go all the way' in securing the liberation of Cuba, as the panicked regime offers the US economic cooperation in the hope the Americans will back off.
