Madlanga Commission | Carrim fails to provide auditor records

The Madlanga Commission has heard that North West businessman, Suliman Carrim, has since March failed to provide information regarding his auditor and financial records of his businesses.

This as the Commission heard yet another postponement application from Carrim's lawyers, due to an undisclosed health issue.

The evidence leaders, however, opposed this fifth postponement bid, asking that it be accompanied with the condition that Carrim be subjected to an independent medical examination.
