Saudi strikes hit Yemen as Houthi attacks escalate in Red Sea

Saudi strikes have hit Yemen's Red Sea coast after the Houthis claimed responsibility for attacks on two Saudi oil tankers. Houthi-linked media reported strikes on Hodeidah province and Kamaran Island, while Saudi officials said they targeted military sites.

The escalation comes as the Houthis threaten to expand attacks on Saudi shipping and energy infrastructure. Meanwhile, Iranian media report that two people were killed in a US strike on an LPG tanker in the Gulf of Oman, adding to growing regional tensions.
