Russian strikes on Ukraine: At least 10 killed in attacks on Kyiv

At least 10 people have been killed and around 100 injured after Russian missile strikes hit Ukraine's capital, Kyiv.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says emergency crews are still working at the scene. The strikes are believed to have hit near a site where a Ukrainian defence ministry event was being held.
