After an Elderly Man Entered a Nursing Home, We Restored His Apartment

An elderly man living with mental illness was recently moved into a nursing home after losing the ability to care for himself.
He had no children and had been living alone in this apartment for many years. Over time, the home became severely cluttered and neglected.
One of his relatives contacted us, hoping we could completely clean and restore the apartment so it could eventually be rented out. The future rental income will help support his nursing home expenses.
Over several days, we removed years of accumulated belongings, deep cleaned every room, repaired damaged areas, installed new flooring, and slowly brought the apartment back to life.
