Anand Ranganathan Blasts 'Second-Class TN' Claim, Says Delimitation Could Add More Seats

Speaking on The Newshour with Navika Kumar, Anand Ranganathan rejected claims that Tamil Nadu would become a "second-class citizen" after delimitation. He argued that if the exercise is based on the 2011 Census, Tamil Nadu could actually gain seats.
