A video from the United Kingdom has gone viral after a Russian woman complained that she could not find Russian-speaking staff while trying to open a bank account.
After living in Britain for several years, she argued that banks should provide services in Russian, claiming wealthy Russians had contributed enough to the country's economy to justify it.
