Elliot Lake gets $2M for arena roof, structural repairs

Elliot Lake's arena renovation remains on schedule for the NOJHL Vikings' home opener on Sept. 25. The architect says rubber flooring is nearly done. The city recently received $2 million for completed roof and structural repairs. City council voted to demolish the Rio Den Arena, citing structural damage.
