Stranger Offers Teen Girl $20 Then Kidnaps, Rapes Her

A stranger allegedly offered a 13-year-old girl $20 to get him food, then police say he forced her into his car and drove away. Investigators eventually identified Bryan Rosado using witness descriptions and surveillance footage before he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
