Hassan James Abbas pleaded no contest to several felony charges related to an incident involving his ex-girlfriend in December 2024. Abbas, a surgeon in Toledo, Ohio, held down the woman and forced abortion pills down her throat days after the woman told him she was pregnant. Now Abbas has been sentenced but there are questions about whether the woman was actually pregnant.
