UN warns Yemen is back at war as Houthi strikes threaten Red Sea shipping

The United Nations' special envoy for Yemen says the country is back at war, which threatens to spread into a wider regional conflict.
An emergency security council meeting was called after recent Houthi attacks on southern Saudi Arabia.
