‘Donbas Is Russian Territory’: Kremlin TEARS APART Zelensky’s ‘Third-Party’ Buffer Zone Plan | Watch

Russia has rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s reported proposal for a buffer free economic zone in Donbas under third-party control. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Donbas is considered by Moscow to be Russian territory and argued that a third party could not administer regions of the Russian Federation. The remarks come amid renewed discussion of possible peace arrangements involving Russia, Ukraine, the United States and Europe.
