Andy Burnham has revealed his three-point plan to fix social care after years of 'shameful' neglect.

He called it a "major dereliction of public duty", adding it was "shameful that politicians have put punch scoring before fixing this issue".

In order to improve the social care system, to which he has said will be a top priority while he is in No10, he set out a three-point plan today at a press conference.
