Ukraine and Russia both report civilians killed in strikes

Kyiv came under ballistic missile attack from Russian forces, while other regions suffered bombardments that killed four people. Russia also said four people were killed by a Ukrainian drone strike in the Russian-occupied Ukrainian city of Horlivka.
