Authorities say Corey Ruiz was shot and killed by a police officer in Madison, Wisconsin. Multiple videos capture the incident from different angles. After a chase and a struggle, police say Ruiz pulled out a knife. NBC News’ Shaquille Brewster reports from the scene.
