China Coast Guard fires water cannon at Philippines ship in South China Sea

A Chinese Coast Guard vessel fired a water cannon at a Philippine government ship in the South China Sea, a Philippine Coast Guard official said on Thursday. Footage released by the Philippine Coast Guard showed the two boats in close proximity to each other near the Scarborough Shoal.
