European Space Agency chooses Warsaw for new security hub | Midday Report

The foreign ministers of EU members states are in Brussels, but have failed to agree on the 21st package of sanctions against Russia. Poland’s top diplomat Radosław Sikorski commented on how ambitious the sanctions list was and expressed his hope that Wednesday may bring further progress.

- EXHUMATIONS OF THE VICTIMS OF THE VOLHYNIA MASSACRE
Poland’s Institute of National Remembrance announced the official start of exhumation work in Ukraine. The operations are taking place in the former Volhynia region – specifically on the grounds of the former villages of Ostrówki and Wola Ostrowiecka.

- NEW ESA CENTER COMING TO POLAND
A new European Space Agency Center will be established in Warsaw, focused on the growing needs of security and defense. The decision was announced on Monday by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
