Owens has cited slow-motion video analysis and other observations, but her claims have not been supported by investigators. Prosecutors maintain that Tyler Robinson carried out a premeditated rifle attack and are expected to present DNA evidence, surveillance footage, digital messages and witness testimony during a key preliminary hearing in Utah.
