"You Do NOT Handcuff A Man Who's Badly Injured!" | Retired Detective On Henry Nowak Case
Downing Street has backed plans to review the wording of police anti-racism guidance amid criticism following the murder of Henry Nowak.
A national document setting out “the long-term aspirations of an anti-racist police service” suggests people should be treated differently according to their ethnicity.
Chief Constable Gavin Stephens, chairman of the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), said on Tuesday that the Police Anti-Racism Commitment will be reviewed, after officers’ treatment of Mr Nowak as he lay dying sparked outrage.
Speaking with Retired Scotland Yard detective chief inspector Mike Neville, Talk's Jeremy Kyle says: "You've got a kid, his life is ebbing away from you. You can see it. The most appalling, appalling example of appalling policing."
