Ukraine fires over 1,000 drones at Russia, amid an ongoing parliamentary election

Ukrainian forces fired more than 1,000 drones at Russia overnight, including hundreds launched toward Moscow, officials said Sunday, as Russia wrapped up the third and final day of its first wartime parliamentary election. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin described the attack as the "largest ever" drone attack on the Russian capital, saying 450 drones were shot down on approach to Moscow but that the strike damaged the Moscow Oil Refinery and a residential building.
