Russia launched a massive overnight strike on Ukraine, targeting the war industry, energy infrastructure, and key transport hubs in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and the Odesa region.
The Russian Defense Ministry said high-precision weapons fired from land, sea, and air, alongside drones, struck metallurgical and radio-electronics plants, military-industrial facilities, and vessels used by Ukrainian forces.
Ukrainian officials reported that at least 18 people were injured in the strikes, including 12 people in Kyiv. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said two children were among those wounded, while apartment buildings, warehouses, and areas near a petrol station were damaged.
