At least 17 people have been killed and 44 injured in the latest Russian attacks targeting the Kyiv region - as the Ukrainian President warned that his country only has a third of air defence supply levels compared to this time last year.
It comes as Ukraine also launched its own strikes on Russia, firing hundreds of drones across the border.
