OPP take impaired driver off streets after breath test

An OPP officer in Armstrong says a breath test completed after 11 p.m. on Wednesday has taken another impaired driver off the streets. Const. Kyle Arnold also notes that alcohol is one of the big four causes of serious and fatal collisions.
