Cornell University alleged fraternity rape investigation reopened

Tompkins County District Attorney has decided to reopen a criminal investigation into an alleged sexual assault and rape on Cornell University’s campus. This decision came weeks after an anonymous female student sued the university, fraternity, and the seven members, alleging the men drugged and sexually assaulted her at a party back in 2024.
