NATO to boost its presence in the Black Sea after strikes | DW News

NATO is planning to deploy extra assets in the Black Sea including patrol aircraft, radar systems and intelligence personnel. The alliance hasn't directly blamed any country, but the working assumption is that Russia is behind the attacks.
