Patrick Clancy, the ex-husband of accused triple murderer Lindsay Clancy, is suing two of her former mental health providers and the facilities where that employed them. But those providers, Dr. Jennifer Tufts and Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Jollotta, say they have immunity as mental health providers. They also claim Lindsay never to them that she anted to harm her children. Linsday is charged with murder her three young children in separate criminal case. Meanwhile, Tufts and Jollotta, along with their employers, have asked that Patrick's wrongful death lawsuit be dismissed. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy goes over the arguments from both sides in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
