'CODE 100 ACTIVATED': Iran Air Force Deploys F-14s & F-5s Aircraft Against Israeli & US Jets

Iran has reportedly raised its military readiness to “Code 100,” described by Iranian outlets as the highest level of combat alert, as fighter jets patrol the Iran-Iraq border amid reports of increased Israeli and American aerial activity across the region. Iranian F-14 Tomcats, F-5s and Kowsar fighters were reportedly seen operating near the border, while local sources reported Israeli aircraft over parts of Syria and southern Iraq. Unverified reports also suggest that Israeli and Iranian jets conducted military manoeuvres over Syria and Iraq overnight, amid fears of renewed hostilities. The reported developments come as US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth visits Israel and meets Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with discussions reportedly focusing on the possibility of resuming military operations against Iran and Yemen’s Houthi movement.
