At least 28 people have been killed across Ukraine after Russia launched a massive barrage of missiles and drones, with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy calling it one of the most “vile strikes”. Twenty people, including five children, were killed in Pryluky after a missile destroyed sections of a residential building. Kyiv and several other cities were also targeted. Zelenskiy said around 100 people were injured, while Ukraine warned that Russian ballistic missiles remain a major threat.
