A little catch up in the woods because it's been a while 👋.
Not a lot of variety to forage at the moment because of the drought in the UK but plenty of chicken of the woods to find and beefsteak mushrooms are just starting to appear 😋.

❗️This is just a guide where I am sharing my knowledge, not giving advice. I have been foraging for 6+ years & I do spend a lot of time researching and cross checking my sources, but there is still so much more to learn and I always forage with caution. Please also do your own research if you want to forage and consume wild fungi & plants. It’s not safe to ‘assume’, you need to be 100% sure & seek opinions. AND do make yourself aware of contraindications when it comes to using herbs/plants/mushrooms (some can interact with medications or health conditions).❗️
