Ukraine seeks to rebuild support among Trump’s Republicans

When Donald Trump began his second term in January 2025, US financial and military aid to Ukraine dropped dramatically. Since then, Ukrainian supporters have worked to strengthen Republican backing for Kyiv, arguing that supporting Ukraine can align with conservative values. With Ukraine unable to take continued US support for granted, the campaign comes as the war enters another uncertain phase.
