Russia has unleashed another major missile and drone assault on Kyiv, killing at least 16 people and injuring more than 40, according to Ukrainian authorities. The barrage involved ballistic, cruise and hypersonic missiles alongside 168 drones. Ukraine says it intercepted most of the drones and cruise missiles but failed to stop the ballistic missiles as its stockpile of U.S.-made Patriot interceptors runs dangerously low.
