Miami jail holding Tate brothers 'not a Marriott,' prosecutors say

Lawyers for Andrew and Tristan Tate have argued for their release from a Miami jail on the grounds of harsh conditions at the facility. Prosecutors said that while FDC Miami is ‘not a Marriott,’ the Tates’ conditions of confinement are ‘reasonable.’
