Adv Andrea Johnson, head of IDAC, is accused by her own junior prosecutor of
running what the witness calls "an orchestrated attack" on National Commissioner
Gen Fannie Masemola and Lt Gen Dumisani Khumalo.
Adv Ramsamy tells the Madlanga Commission that Minister of Police Senzo Mchunu
wanted to "clean up SAPS", that a witness was flown across the country by the
minister's office, that Johnson wanted "dirt" on the minister's chief of staff
Cedric Nkabinde — and that a section 281 application submitted in Ramsamy's own
name is "a complete fabrication".
The chairperson's response: that would be forgery, and uttering.
