Israeli soldiers beat two Palestinian men at a checkpoint, as raids in the occupied West Bank seal off communities and hinder access to care.

At Ramallah’s Palestine Medical Complex, the main provider for about 350,000 people, staff and patients face delays at roadblocks and checkpoints; commutes can take twice the time.
