Lebanon's heritage in the firing line: Israeli strikes damage historic sites in the south

Months of Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon have caused widespread destruction, forcing hundreds of thousands to flee. The attacks have also damaged historic sites, including the ancient city of Tyre, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited settlements.
