Blue Diamond’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show Garden
I take you from nursery to showground to see how Blue Diamond’s 2026 RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden came together. From UK-grown plants at 3 Shires Nursery to the intensity of the on-site build, I follow the making of an immersive garden layered with dry planting, indoor-style foliage, shade planting, edible features, & a contemporary cottage garden feel.
Plants featured: Prunus Sumaura Fugenzo ‘Japanese Lantern’™, Acer palmatum var. dissectum ‘Inaba-shidare’ & Yucca rostrata (beaked yucca).

Step-by-Step Guide – The Chelsea Chop
Learn how to do the Chelsea chop, a late-spring pruning technique used on certain herbaceous perennials to encourage sturdier growth, reduce flopping, & keep colour going for longer. I demonstrate 3 simple approaches to delay flowering, stagger the display, & extend the flowering season.
