Leopardstown postponed: Dublin Racing Festival punters offered free pints
Paddy Power is organising an event at The Camden in Dublin on Saturday afternoon, following the postponement of today's Leopardstown races.The Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup, which was supposed to be the highlight of the first day of the Dublin Racing Festival, has been rescheduled for Monday due to adverse weather conditions, with an additional 17mm of rain falling at the venue since Friday morning. An inspection will also take place at 8am on Sunday ahead of that day's races.Paddy Power is offering a free pint of Guinness, a complimentary bet and a spin on Paddy's Wonderwheel to the first 200 attendees who present a DRF ticket at The Camden."Gutting news that Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup Day at Leopardstown is postponed," the betting company posted on X."We know there could be a lot of disappointed people hanging around Dublin for the day now, maybe having flown over from the UK to go to Leopardstown."So, we've teamed up with The Camden to try and do something for you."The first 200 people through the door of the Camden, on Camden St, to show your DRF ticket will get: - A free pint of Guinness - A free bet with Paddy Power - A spin on Paddy's Wonderwheel."Plus, you can catch all the UK racing and football on Europe's biggest 4K screen.
