'RIGGED ELECTION!' Trump Cries Foul After Ally Flávio Bolsonaro Loses Brazil Polls To Lula

U.S. President Donald Trump has questioned the legitimacy of Brazil's presidential election after Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva defeated right-wing challenger Flávio Bolsonaro. Speaking to reporters on October 26, Trump said the vote looked like “another rigged election,” despite insisting he had not taken sides. Trump offered no evidence of electoral fraud, while defeated candidate Flávio Bolsonaro refused to concede. His father, former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, was a close Trump ally. The remarks have added fresh controversy to Lula's election victory and Brazil's political future.
