'WE CELEBRATE YOUR WIN, LULA!': Russia's Explosive Message To Trump's Fierce Critic Shocks US

The Kremlin has welcomed Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s election victory in Brazil, praising his role in strengthening ties with Russia and advancing cooperation through BRICS. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow “welcomes Mr Lula’s victory,” adding that the Brazilian leader has done “a great deal” to develop bilateral relations and promote cooperation with Russia on the international stage. Peskov specifically highlighted Lula’s contribution to processes within BRICS and said Moscow hopes that cooperation will continue. The statement amounts to a clear post-election message from the Kremlin to Brasília: Russia values Lula’s role in the bilateral relationship and wants Brazil-Russia and BRICS cooperation to maintain its momentum under his next government.
