'NO TRUMP CAN SAVE HIM': Japan Shows No Mercy To 'Murderer' U.S. Marine After Woman's Killing

A U.S. Marine has been indicted over the alleged murder and robbery of a Japanese woman in Okinawa, intensifying scrutiny of American troops stationed in Japan. Lance Corporal Devin Jacob Ballard is accused of strangling 39-year-old Anna Yagi with a telephone cord inside a hotel in Naha before stealing her belongings. Ballard has denied the allegations. The case has sparked protests in Okinawa and Tokyo, prompted condemnation from Japanese leaders and led to curfew and alcohol restrictions for U.S. personnel.
