Laura Owens, the Arizona woman who has admitted to faking pregnancies, will be sentenced in Maricopa County on Friday October 23, 2026. Owens pleaded guilty to several felony charges related to her years-long claim that she was carrying twins fathered by two men, including former "The Bachelor" contestant Clayton Echard. Now Echard's attorney confirms a pre-sentence report is recommending a tough sentence for Owens.
